Do you allow animals?

Yes! We love our furry friends and welcome them to our communities. We do have a weight limit of 35lbs and 2 pets per household.

• Pet Deposit: $350/ Per Pet

• Pet Rent: $25/ Month Per Pet

Do you accept felons?

Cda20 has a 10 year look back period. Any felonies within this timeframe will not be accepted.

Additionally, applicants will be denied housing if they have been convicted of any of the following offenses within the past 10 years:

·Violent crimes, including but not limited to assault, domestic violence, and homicide.

·Drug-related offenses, including possession, distribution, or manufacturing of illegal substances.

What if I have bad credit?

Credit is a great indication of your ability to make your rent payments. This is why we run credit and require a decent score to be approved for move in.

What should I expect to pay at move in?

• Rent (Pro-rated if moving in mid- month)

• Deposit; which is equal to ONE months rent

• Pet Deposit (if applicable, see above)

• Pet Rent (if applicable, see above)

Do you charge an application fee?

Yes, we charge a $50 application fee for anyone over 18. This is so we can run a background and credit check.
